Our fish cleaning tables are constructed of PVC and the surface is made from Starboard so it is made to last, even in direct sunlight and harsh marine environments. Starboard is UV stabilized to resist damage, does not splinter, crack, delaminate, rot, swell or absorb water like traditional materials. This is a pure white, sanitary and non-porous cutting surface and will not absorb bacteria producing food particles.
